In Country Assistance

• Initial Visit: Meeting with the client to brief on market potential, local business climate and culture
• Business appointments arranged in advance of visit by client where required
• Travel itinerary prepared to match appointments
• Assistance provided with booking of hotel accommodation and transport if required
• Trade Missions: Assistance provided in planning visits by trade delegations to the market to include: business appointments schedule, travel itinerary. The local office will also assist with booking of accommodation and in-country transport arrangements with costs to be incurred by the mission participants
• Trade Shows: The local office will arrange for participation by the State of Pennsylvania in local trade shows. Shows to be selected following consultation between the local office and the Office of International Business in Harrisburg.
